This Privacy Policy describes how SpellDot (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the SEO Glossary application (“the App”) available on the Shopify App Store.

What We Collect

When you install the App, we receive basic store information (store name and domain) through Shopify’s standard authentication process. We store a temporary session token to keep you logged in.

The glossary content and settings you create through the App are stored in your Shopify store, not on our servers.

What We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect, access, or store any customer data — no names, emails, addresses, browsing behavior, orders, or payment information.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking services within the App.

Data Deletion

When you uninstall the App, your session is automatically deleted from our servers. Glossary content remains in your Shopify store under your control.

GDPR

The App does not store customer personal data. We support Shopify’s mandatory data protection webhooks. If your store is deleted, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
